<description>My name is Sheila and I am the coordinator of &quot; After the Storm, You Can Survive&quot; under FootSteps, and the Community Service Projects. I am a survivor of Domestic Violence and was a guest back in the day of Sally Jesse Raphael. I know am an advocate, and refer clients to resources for much needed help. Here in Columbus Ohio we have passed House Bill 19 which mandates middle and high schools to have a trained advocate for our youth to go to for help if they are experiencing DV within a teen relationship. House Bill 10 is in the process of being passed where anyone 16 or younger can legally file for TPO against their abuser. This is wonderful to say the least. I would love to connect with you in the very near future! I would like to add you to my data bank of resources for FootSteps and also talk to you about the project Wisconsin has in place. We would love to incorporate that into Columbus City Schools District to spread the word and promote awareness. Thank you for your time, I love the work you are doing!!!
